Cuando era joven, solamente jugaba al fútbol en el parque con mis amigos y nada más. Ahora entiendo que el ejercicio es muy importante así que mañana voy a jugar al baloncesto. Ayer hice el atletismo en el colegio.

Well, I have to admit that in the past I wasn't a very active person, but these days I try to do sport regularly.
