The nouns that don't have feminine forms are el albañil and el hombre de negocios, but you can say la mujer de negocios for businesswoman.

It is also possible to say el amo de casa to translate 'house-husband'. Note that ama de casa is feminine even though it has el in front. This is because the word begins with a stressed 'a' and it would be difficult to say la ama. There are other words like this: e.g. el agua (water) and el aula (classroom).
