You are talking to the employee of a ticket office at a train station in Spain. Your teacher will play the part of the employee and will start the conversation.
- Say you want two tickets to Madrid.
- Say the type of tickets you want.
- Say you want them for tomorrow.
- Ask what platform the train leaves from.
- Give your opinion about the trains in Spain. Mention two details.

Translation:

- Explain why you cannot go anymore.
- Ask if you could change the trip for next week.
- Say you would like to go on a boat trip.
- Give your opinion about travelling by boat.

- Muy bien. ¿Hay algún problema?
- No puedo hacer la excursión porque estoy enferma.
- ¿Qué quiere hacer entonces?
- ¿Puedo cambiar la excursión para la próxima semana?
- Lo siento. No hay más excursiones a las montañas. ¿Quiere ir a otro sitio?
- Sí, me gustaría hacer una excursión en barco.
- Bien. ¿Por qué prefiere el barco?
- Porque es relajante y me gusta el mar.

Translation:
- Yesterday I booked a coach trip to the mountains.
- Very good. Is there a problem?
- I can't go on the trip because I'm ill.

- I'm sorry, there are no other trips to the mountains. Do you want to go somewhere else?
- Yes, I'd like to go on a boat trip.
- That's fine. Why do you prefer the boat?
- Because it is relaxing and I like the sea.
