Throughout September and October 2004, BBC staff around the world and around the UK took part in a series of sessions about the future of the BBC, Shape our Future

We've now gathered together the outputs from the Shape Our Future sessions. I know, because I've checked, that a number of the ideas coming out of these sessions have had a real impact on the thinking of the review leaders.



The Executive and Governors will be considering the output of the Reviews over the next few weeks and I promise we'll all come together next month to share the outputs so far. The current plan is to do this on 7th December though the Commercial Review may be slightly sooner.
