The message will be played out on the university's student union airwaves, Xpress Radio, throughout the coming months. A spokesman for Kylie confirmed she had done the student message service. 'Ordinary people' The singer was recently in action promoting the launch of the Street Ka, a 16,000 Ford convertible and she has a book out in November called Kylie La La La. The Cardiff University helpline has been running for 20 years and offers students confidential support and impartial information on a range of issues. Details of professional counsellors and other specialists are also provided. Community officer Ellie King said: "It is a credit to the commitment and ingenuity of the helpline organisers that they have made the most of this incredible advertising opportunity." | See also: 23 Jul 02 | Entertainment 02 May 02 | Entertainment 28 Apr 02 | Entertainment 28 Apr 02 | Wales 26 Apr 02 | Entertainment 06 Oct 01 | Newsmakers Top Wales stories now: Links to more Wales stories are at the foot of the page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
