The mother-of-five claimed the massive prize thanks to numbers chosen by a Lucky Dip.
Mrs Williams and her husband Rheinallt, whose childen are all still at school, run a farm in the Conwy Valley.
In recent years, with farm incomes dropping they and two partners have tried to diversify their business by setting up a wind farm.
They are currently trying to expand it from three to 14 turbines.
Lottery organiser Camelot has confirmed that an Easter Saturday jackpot of 5,557,016 has not yet been claimed - it cannot be validated until Tuesday.
