A convicted criminal who won nearly �10m on the National Lottery has been ordered to carry out a community punishment order.
Former dustman Michael Carroll, 20, of Swaffham, Norfolk, was convicted on Tuesday of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Magistrates in Swaffham also banned him from driving for four months.
Carroll had admitted driving a V-registration Suzuki moped near his �325,000 home earlier this month while disqualified and without insurance.
Carroll won the lottery in November when he was 19.
