Michael Carroll won the lottery after buying two 'lucky dip' tickets on a whim
A young man who won nearly �10m on the National Lottery has been arrested.

Michael Carroll, who won the lottery last autumn at the age of 19, has been charged with driving a moped while disqualified and having no insurance.

Norfolk Police said Mr Carroll was arrested at lunchtime on Tuesday near his �325,000 house on the outskirts of Swaffham.

He faces a fine and up to six months in jail if he is found guilty.

He has been bailed to appear before magistrates in Swaffham on 29 April.
