Scottish Tory conference agenda

The Scottish Conservatives are meeting for their spring conference in Perth, on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 May.

Here is the agenda for the two-day gathering.

THURSDAY, 14 MAY

09:30: Opening speech by George Kynoch, conference chairman.

09:55: Welcome from Provost John Hulbert.

10:00: Speech by David Mundell MP, shadow Scottish secretary.

10:20: Debate on European elections, featuring Struan Stevenson.

11:00: Debate on the economy, featuring Iain McMillan of CBI Scotland, Nick Horler from ScottishPower, businessmen David Sands and former rugby player legend Jim Aitken.

12:30: Close of morning session.

14:00: Debate on defence, featuring former RAF pilot Colin McGregor.

14:45: Speech by Liam Fox MP, shadow defence secretary.

15:15: Speech by George Osborne MP, shadow chancellor.

15:45: Speech by Annabel Goldie MSP, Scottish Conservative leader.

FRIDAY 15, MAY

09:30: Debate on heath, featuring family health specialist Prof Phil Wilson and Dr Gary Macfarlane.

10:15: Debate on justice, featuring Paul McBride QC and knife crime campaigner John Muir.

11:00: Debate on education, featuring former rugby player Gavin Hastings.

11:45: Question time with the Scottish Conservative front bench.

13:00: Close of morning session.

14:15: Speech by Michael Gove MP, shadow schools secretary.

14:40: Speech by Andrew Fulton, chairman Scottish Conservative Party.

15:05: Speech by David Cameron MP, Conservative leader.
