Name game for leisure development

People are being asked to name the new leisure complex
The public is being asked to come up with names for a 16.5m leisure centre being built in Dumfries.

The council wants as many suggestions as possible and has set up a special address to receive them.

It said the name could reflect the location of the centre or the services it will eventually provide.

The leisure complex is intended to open in autumn 2007 and will provide a range of facilities including a swimming pool and 1,200-seat events hall.
