Last coach crash pupil returns home
The bus overturned in the early hours of the morning
Mark Nicol was badly injured in the accident
The last pupil has returned home after the bus crash in France last month in which a 15-year-old girl died.

Mark Nicol, 15, who lost a hand in the crash near Dijon on June 27, flew back to Scotland on Friday evening.

Mark returned home accompanied by several members of his family, after spending nearly three weeks in hospital.

A number of pupils and staff from Largs Academy in Ayrshire were seriously injured when a coach taking them on a summer trip to Barcelona overturned on a motorway slip road.

A spokesman for North Ayrshire Council said: "He's looking forward to going home and being in his own room with his friends."

He was expected to return to his home in Largs before visiting hospital in the next few days to have his injuries assessed.

A memorial service for Katherine Fish, who died in the crash, was attended by 700 friends, staff and relatives at the school earlier this week.
