Conservative leader David Cameron has said it is ''decision time for the Liberal Democrats'' as the two parties continue talks to try and form a coalition.

The negotiations follow an inconclusive result in the general election, with no clear majority for any of the main parties.

Gordon Brown has said he will step down as Labour leader by September.
