George Osborne, who is part of the Conservative team negotiating with the Liberal Democrats, has told the BBC that the talks have been "constructive".

Conservative leader David Cameron has said it is "decision time for the Liberal Democrats" over which party they will back to form a government.

On Monday, the Lib Dems formally opened talks with Labour about a deal.
