Brown updates MPs on EU leaders' meeting

Prime Minister Gordon Brown has told the House of Commons that the EU has made "real progress" towards passing the Lisbon Treaty.

In his update to MPs on the European leaders' meeting he attended in Brussels, he also outlined preparations for the climate change conference in Copenhagen.
