Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond is to repay more than £700 following the review of MPs' expenses by the retired civil servant Sir Thomas Legg.
The Scottish National Party leader claimed the money for removal costs when he gave up his rented London flat.
Speaking at a press conference at Chatham House in London, Mr Salmond said it was clear there had been inadvertent errors by SNP politicians in Westminster, but no deliberate wrongdoing.
He added that he had no argument with Sir Thomas's findings.
