PM non-committal over law chief's job

Prime Minister Gordon Brown has said he would have to study a Border Agency report into the conduct of Baroness Scotland before making any decision about her future.

The attorney general is expected to be fined for employing a housekeeper from Tonga who did not have the right to work in the UK.
