Clegg on Baroness Scotland's position

Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has said that he "wouldn't rush to say" that Baroness Scotland should lose her job.

The Attorney General is in "technical breach" of rules on employing migrant workers, the BBC understands.

She is expected to be fined for employing a housekeeper from Tonga who did not have the right to work in the UK.
