Former home secretary Charles Clarke has presented Conservative Party leader David Cameron with a letter which asks him to make Andy Coulson answer questions about the phone tapping row.
Mr Coulson, the Tories' communications director, is under pressure after claims about phone messages being intercepted by the News of the World, the paper he once edited.
Mr Cameron was given the letter during a visit to Norwich.
