Blunkett injured in cow attack

The former Home Secretary, David Blunkett, has compared his accident with a cow over the weekend to the current plight of the prime minister.

Mr Blunkett was injured while out walking on Saturday, when a cow charged at his guide dog.

Speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live ahead of a meeting of the Parliamentary Labour Party, Mr Blunkett said he understood what Gordon Brown was going through.
