Clegg: 'Speaker change necessary'

Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg has said: "Changing the speaker is necessary for complete reform in Westminster".

Michael Martin, the Speaker of the House of Commons, said he was "profoundly sorry" for his role in the expenses scandal and said all MPs must accept blame for the "terrible damage" done.
