Ben and Robert White are banned from three estates in Weston |
A teenager who was banned from large parts of Weston-super-Mare under an Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) has quit a rehabilitation course. Ben White, 19, was ordered onto the course and told it was his "last chance" after admitting his part in a string of offences in the town.
Bristol Crown Court had earlier banned him and brother Robert from entering three Weston housing estates.
The Dartmoor centre said Ben has left because of "family problems".
White had pleaded guilty to one count of theft, one of actual bodily harm, two counts of common assault, interfering with a vehicle and breaches of his ASBO.
Susanne Watt from the Centre for Adolescent Rehabilitation (C-Far) said: "He has made good progress with a determined attitude to succeed.
"Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, Ben has returned to the supervision of the Probation Service."
Ben has been offered a place on a future course at the centre.
