Fresh warning over motor scooters
A motorised scooter
Owners may have to produce relevant documents
Police tackling anti-social behaviour in parts of Nottingham have warned that motorised bikes will be confiscated if they are used illegally.

It follows a recent rise in residents' complaints about youths in the Top Valley and Bulwell areas.

Go-peds, mopeds, quad bikes or scooters will be taken if owners cannot produce the correct documents. A fine of 350 pounds is also likely.

Police said residents were also disturbed by the noise levels.

Officers said using the bikes at Bulwell Hall Park or Bulwell Forest is illegal and any damage to sports grounds will also be treated as criminal damage - an arrestable offence.
