The site at the Victoria Leisure Centre was closed in October for a planned month-long annual maintenance project.

Ongoing complications, including leaks and delays in getting spare parts, meant it remained closed.

This comes after the Noel Street and Beechdale sites were earmarked for closure because they were seen as old and expensive to maintain.
