Pub shooting man dies

The area was searched by police officers
Police have begun a murder investigation after the death of a man injured in a shooting.

The man, named as Marvyn Luke Bradshaw, aged 22, was shot as he drove out of a Nottingham pub's car park.

The incident took place outside the Sporting Chance in Bulwell just before 0400 BST on Saturday.

Mr Bradshaw is understood to have lived in the area.

A post-mortem examination will be carried out on Sunday.

Police forensic teams have examined the scene and surrounding area.

They are appealing for anyone who was around at the time of the shooting to come forward.
