They are expected to be joined on stage by their musical heroes, the Everly Brothers.
Tickets for both concerts go on sale through a website and telephone booking service at 0900 BST on Friday.
Old Friends
The duo, who reunited at the 2003 Grammy Awards for the first time in 10 years, are currently in the US for their Old Friends tour.
Simon and Garfunkel had worldwide success with songs Bridge Over Troubled Water, The Sound of Silence, Mrs Robinson and Scarborough Fair.
They split in 1970 and reunited in 1981 for an open-air concert in New York's Central Park.
The pair did not play together again until 1993, when they got together for a series of concerts in New York and then performed at the Grammy Awards in 2003.
