Wind farm plans on hold
Plans to erect two wind turbines at Croft near Skegness have been put on hold.

The controversial plans have been stalled by confusion over planning fees.

The company, Spencer Farm Produce, had applied to East Lindsey District Council to erect the turbines at land on High Lane in Croft.

The application was due to be discussed by the council on Thursday but was withdrawn from the planning agenda at the last minute.

The council says following advice from the district auditor, they have decided to get further legal advice over the calculation of planning fees.

Meanwhile, campaigners who have been protesting against the wind farm, say they will continue to put pressure on the council to refuse planning permission.
