New admissions were sent to Cheltenham General Hospital |
Gloucestershire Royal Hospital's Children's Centre, which was closed to new admissions after a measles outbreak, reopened on Tuesday night. A hospital trust spokeswoman said there had been no more cases of the virus reported, and the majority of the staff were able to return to work.
Previously staff who may not have been immune to measles were sent home pending results of a blood test.
A member of staff and a patient's relative were originally infected.
The 5m, 44-bed capacity, children's unit opened in December 2004.
