A children's centre at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, closed to new admissions after a measles outbreak, may reopen as early as Tuesday evening. A hospital trust spokeswoman said there were no more cases of the virus among patients, and the centre would reopen if it could be staffed.
Some staff were sent home on Monday because it was feared they may not be immune to measles.
Managers were due to decide on Tuesday evening whether to re-open the centre.
The spokeswoman said they would first consider how many staff had passed a blood test and were able to return to work.
The �5m children's unit, which has a 44-bed capacity, opened last December. It was closed after two cases of measles were reported last week,
