Friends and colleagues have been paying tribute to a Guernsey man who died in an air crash over the weekend. Andrew Anderson was a passenger in a single-engine aircraft which crashed shortly after take off from Bournemouth airport on Saturday afternoon.
The pilot of the Tobago aircraft, Rob le Page, and a second passenger, air traffic control assistant Dave Bougourd survived the crash.
Both remain critically ill in Salisbury District Hospital in Wiltshire.
Mr Anderson's employer Cable and Wireless says staff have received the news with shock and sadness.

The Chairman of Guernsey's Aero Club Colin Ferbrache says the accident has deeply affected members there.
"Everyone is very distressed and very concerned and very worried about the individuals concerned and their families.
"Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the three families involved."
A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out on Mr Anderson on Tuesday.
Pilot Robert Le Page and Dave Bougourd from Guernsey were badly burned when the plane burst into flames and remain critically ill in intensive care.

Accident investigators are still trying to establish the cause.
The Guernsey-based aircraft had refuelled at Bournemouth en route to Henstridge in Somerset.
It came down near the southwest corner of the airport - 20 yards from the entrance to the Alice in Wonderland theme park, which was packed with about 400 children.
Mr Bougourd, in his 50s, works as an air traffic control assistant at Guernsey Airport.
Mr Le Page is an experienced pilot and active member of Guernsey Aero Club.
