Company wins 'green trains' deal

The final units are due to be delivered in 2010.
Bombardier has won a second contract for "green trains" which will be produced in Derby.

The contract worth around �32.8m is an order for 12 two-car "next generation" diesel multiple units and comes from Angel Trains.

The new trains will be used on the London Overground network and also by Chiltern Railways.

Bombardier's Mainline & Metros Division president Stephane Rambaud-Measson said he was "delighted".

The final units will be delivered in 2010.
