The council says it should be easier to remove the group this time |
Some travellers evicted from a town after a legal battle lasting three years have moved back there. Eleven caravans are parked illegally on a children's playground in Brewer Road in Bulkington, Warwickshire.
Twenty-one families were forced to leave land which they owned in Wolvey Road in June.
The High Court ruled in April they were unlawfully occupying the green belt site after laying roads and building fences without planning permission.
Fire started
About 100 police officers and bailiffs moved in to the site in Wolvey Road on 30 June.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council had to postpone a previous eviction attempt when the group set fire to caravans.

Since being moved some of the travellers have been occupying various sites in the area. One of them, Susan Ward, told BBC Midlands Today that the group have no choice but to stay in the area.
"I've got nowhere to go - I'm homeless. In another three weeks my kids go back to school.
"I've got stay around here for the sake of my children."
Some residents have said they do not see why they should pay their council tax while the travellers remain at the site.
The council claims it will be easier to move the group on this time because they are on land owned by the authority.
A spokesman added that officials are talking to the travellers about the situation.
