Water valve repair work continues
water leak in Cornwall
The damaged valve is between Bodmin and Indian Queens
South West Water (SWW) says contractors are working "day and night" to try to repair damage to a water valve on the A30 at Goss Moor in Cornwall.

It was damaged on Tuesday between Bodmin and Indian Queens, resulting in thousands of gallons of water leaking into nearby fields.

SWW said some local residents may still be experiencing low water pressure or temporary breaks in water supply.

A spokeswoman said it was hoped it would be repaired by Wednesday night.

"Our contractors are working day and night and we hope to have the valve repaired by the end of the day and apologise for any inconvenience," she said.
