Airport's record passenger number
A record number of passengers is expected at Bristol International Airport over summer.

Around 110,000 will pass through the doors every week as the summer holiday period begins.

Managers say numbers are up a fifth compared with last year. Bristol is the Uk's 11th largest airport.

On Saturday, EasyJet announced the release of 1.23 million seats from its winter schedule including two new routes from Bristol.

Daily flights to Rome and Geneva were due to commence in October, said a spokesman.
