New water pipeline plans on show

The pipeline is aimed at protecting water supplies in three counties
Residents in three counties in southern England are being invited to inspect plans for a new �17m water pipeline.

South East Water plans to build a 17km (10.6-mile) water main from Bray Water Treatment Works, near Maidenhead, to Swinley Forest in Berkshire.

The new pipeline is aimed at protecting future drinking water supplies in north Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.

Public exhibitions will be held in Bracknell, Ascot and Holyport in Berkshire from Wednesday to Saturday.
