The Leader of the House of Commons and Minister for Women and Equality, Harriet Harman has admitted to Sophie Raworth that the Iraq war is "still a divisive issue".
She said the Chilcot inquiry was "necessary" to provide a "public accounting for what happened".
When asked if Tony Blair should have expressed regret, Ms Harman said she was sure he had already privately expressed his condolences to the families of those killed.
