Environment Secretary Hilary Benn on Cumbria floods

Environment Secretary Hilary Benn has paid tribute to emergency services working to rescue people trapped by severe flooding in Cumbria.

About 200 people have been rescued by the emergency services from the town of Cockermouth, which was one of the worst hit places.
