Cockermouth floods: Eyewitness trapped in hotel

These flood waters in Market Place, Cockermouth, Cumbria, were filmed by engineers Danny Rivett and Peter Turner from their hotel window. The hotel guests were trapped upstairs after water flooded the ground floor.
