The UK's first purpose built Army recovery centre has officially opened in Edinburgh.

It will cater for soldiers injured in the line of duty who are not well enough to go back to their unit straight away.

The centre is part of a pilot scheme, which will be rolled out across the UK if it proves successful.

James Cook had a look around the facility.
