A Royal Marine has described rebuilding his life after the devastating injuries he sustained in Afghanistan.
Mark Ormrod, 26, stepped on a landmine in the Afghan desert on Christmas Eve in 2007 and lost both legs above the knee, and his right arm.
He was back at work 11 months later, got married, and has written a book about his experiences.
