Injured marine's guide to new limbs

Royal Marine Mark Ormrod lost an arm and both his legs when he was blown up by a mine in Afghanistan on Christmas Eve, 2007.

But he was back at work 11 months later and even danced at his recent wedding.

Marine Ormrod showed the BBC the range of prosthetic limbs which he uses in daily life.
