Up to 100,000 civilians have left their homes in South Waziristan, where the Pakistani army is fighting the Taliban and al-Qaeda.

Pakistan's government says its latest military offensive is targeting key Taliban leaders and will deliver a "decisive blow" to Islamic extremists inside the country.

But there is growing concern that not enough help is available to those who have fled the fighting.

Aleem Maqbool reports from South Waziristan.
