Sri Lanka leader hails 'victory'

Sri Lankan leader Mahinda Rajapaksa has declared the country "liberated" from Tamil Tiger rebels after a 26-year war.

But both sides are now facing allegations that war crimes were committed in the last stages of the conflict.
