Sri Lankan leader's victory declaration

Sri Lanka's president has formally declared victory over the Tamil Tiger rebels, ending decades of conflict.

In an address to parliament, President Rajapaksa called for the nation to be united, saying all the people of Sri Lanka should live with equal rights.
