School Reporters from Lurgan Junior High School presented live on location during their school sports day.
Here, three School Reporters, who were part of the team that streamed the record-breaking events, explain how the footage made it from track-side to school website.

Lurgan Junior High School held their Sports Day this year on the 15 June, 2010. It was held at the Antrim Forum which was a new experience for the pupils as we usually use our own school track.
Our school has its own broadcasting studio, which streams live programmes both inside the school and also onto the web.

However, this event was the first outing for our new OB trailer, which has vision mixing, sound mixing, talkback and satellite gear, which we use to send our stream back to the studio.
Three camera crews were positioned around the track to cover the action. Another crew set up in the finish area to interview winners. All of our crew really enjoyed the professional feel of the Antrim Forum and enjoyed being part of a new experience.
The Lurgan OB trailer
In addition to camera crews, we had a team of presenters, commentating on the events and interviewing some of those taking part.
In order to receive information from the programme producer and his team in the OB trailer, the presenters wore wireless earpieces to communicate, which helped to make the production more professional.
The track and field events were not a disappointment, with many records broken on the day. The performance of the day must go Year 9 pupil Jessica, who broke three school records: in the 100m, 200m and 800m races.
Is it a new long jump record?
In the 100m race, Jessica finished with an amazing time of 13.3 seconds, beating a record that has been held since 1994. Also of note, was a jump of 4.4m by Year 10 pupil, Nicola.
The boys also stepped up to the mark with another longstanding record in the long jump smashed by Year 10 pupil, Mark.
Both teachers and pupils worked together as a team to make the broadcast a huge success.
Jessica breaks the 100m record
Our sports day was viewed live, not only online in our own school classrooms, but also in other countries, including the USA and Italy.
After the event the programme producer commented: "LJHS has achieved a standard in broadcasting we never thought possible, and is using technology in a creative way to stimulate learning."
