UK ambassador on UN's Gaza stance

An emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council has failed to agree a united approach to the continued violence in Gaza.

The UK's ambassador to the UN, Sir John Sawers, gave his reaction to the meeting and outlined the role the UN could play in the unfolding Gaza conflict.
