New director reveals airport plan
The new director of Jersey Airport says he is keen to look at what can be done to raise more money within the terminal to bring down the cost of landing fees.

Julian Green wants more shops in the departure area.

He also wants to make the secure area larger by dividing up the new terminal building, leaving only the check-in area as a public place.

He said anything which offset the cost of running the airport would benefit the island as well as airlines.

Mr Green took up his post at the end of March.
