Minister presents planning panel
The minister in charge of planning policy in Jersey has put forward the names of the States Members he wants to make planning decisions in future.

Ministerial government and abolition of all committees has led to the creation of a planning panel to make decisions.

Senator Freddie Cohen has asked Trinity Deputy Anne Pryke, St Peter Constable Tom De Feu, and St John Constable Richard Dupre to sit in the new panel.

The appointments must now be approved by the States.

St Helier Constable Simon Crowcroft and St Saviour Constable Philip Ozouf would be the reserve members.

They would step in when other members were absent or if there was a conflict of interest.
