Ministerial line-up is unveiled
Frank Walker
Frank Walker's choices have been largely approved
Eight out of the nine candidates nominated by the Chief Minister Senator Frank Walker have been elected unopposed to the States.

Two candidates wanted to be transport and technical services minister.

Deputy Guy de Faye who challenged Senator Len Norman has been elected to that post by 31 votes to 20.

The States agreed with the Chief Minister so politicians responsible for education, finance, social security and home affairs and health stay the same.

Senator Philip Ozouf has been elected as the minister for economic development and Senator Freddie Cohen is the minister for planning and the environment.
