| Jersey builders are to get recognition for their work this week, in the industry's first construction awards. Categories in the awards organised by the newly formed Construction Council include project of the year and young achiever of the year. There is also an award for community involvement, the winner of which will be decided by a public vote. The launch party for the awards is on Tuesday night and the winners will be announced in June.
