Call to halt smoking ban decision
There have been calls for further decisions on a smoking ban in Guernsey to be put on hold.

It comes after a meeting on Tuesday night organised by the island campaign group Support our Smokers (SoS).

Deputy Leon Gallienne said he would ask Health Minister Peter Roffey to withdraw the proposed wording of the law from this month's policy document.

He wants further action postponed until members can discuss what exemptions will apply to the legislation.
